scrap'd male face

Here's a piece that ive been doing for another client. This one's purely painted with reference of course as this is a portraiture/cartoony kinda thing. Well, he wanted a more cartoony approach but as i was rendering it over and over, it became realistic.

I finally decided to scrap it altogether eventhough this looks really good as seeing his newer and much clearer photos, it doesnt look like him at all.
